I stopped smoking cigarettes for more than a month and I smoked 9 smokes a couple of days ago and i am going to go thru withdrawl stages again?

Well done on the smokes Ive a friend that smokes and i always say to him “you can’t stop i know you, you just can’t” the only reason i say it is that it is easier to prove someone wrong then it is to prove something to yourself.
